GUARANTEE: All DMI products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year, except cues, which are guaranteed for 90 days, or until first use.

RETURNS: All returns must have a return authorization, and provide a complete explanation for requesting a return. A handling fee may be charged at our discretion. All returns are subject to inspection. Return Authorization numbers do not guarantee credit. All valid warranty claims must include consumer's proof of purchase evidencing date of purchase.

Please note that we will respond to all on-line return requests within 2 hours (please note business hours above).  Returns  & repairs processed via our online customer service form are usually completed 24 hours faster than our call center.
