All DMI Sports products purchased through an authorized reseller are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This guarantee is void if merchandise has been misused, abused, neglected, shopworn or scratched. Please save your original receipt in order to keep your warranty valid.
If your DMI product has been damaged during transit, it is very important that you note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Damage which occurs during shipping is not subject to our manufacturer’s warranty.
In most cases DMI can replace a part or product under warranty. At our discretion we may replace a part that was damaged in transit at no charge, so please contact us if you received damaged merchandise. We also offer, for a fee, replacement parts for many products no longer under warranty. Please use the order form below for all parts or product requests – whether still under warranty or not.
To ensure that you know the model # and/or the part number of the product in question, please look on the product itself for the item number and use the Product Manuals link below to identify part numbers. Once you know what product you have and parts needed, simply fill out the order below.
